NORDIC AI PACKAGE VOL.4
Small Air Companies in Scandinavia

___________________________
// PLEASE READ CAREFULLY //

As a little exercise I've started working on a few nordic air companies that haven't been flying in the virtual skies so far. As the main airlines are getting more and more complete and the AI models and repaints get more and more perfect (waiting for the Aardvark 737NG!) it's nice to have the smaller ones too. This wouldn't be possible without the great work of Dee Waldron, Henry Tomkievicz and many others. I'm looking forward to other unexpected specialties...

This time many different little surprises...

REPAINTS INCLUDED in Vol.4:
_______________________
BlUE CHIP JET (VOLVO AB)
Callsign: ?
Homebase: ESGP (Göteborg Säve City Airport)
SE-DVE: Falcon 900 EX (Painted on the PAI model)
SE-DYE: BAe Hawker 125-800
SE-DYE: BAe Hawker 125-800

These BizJets are flying for Volvo throughout Europe and the Falcon makes two hops to the U.S.
_______
EASTAIR
Callsign: Eastair
ICAO: EAS
Homebase: ESSB (Stockholm Bromma)
SE-ILL: Piper Navajo Chieftain

Eastair is another air taxi company flying out of Stockholm to various destinations within Northern Europe.
_____________
LUFTTRANSPORT
Homebase: ENSB (Longyearbyen/Svalbard)
Callsign: Lufttransport
ICAO: LTR
LN-LYR: Dornier 228-200 (flies for Kystvakt)
LN-MOL: Dornier 228-200

The two Dorniers are based on Europe's northern outpost at the airport of Longyearbyen/Svalbard on the Spitzbergen islands. The airports of Ny-Alesund and Svea are not in FS2004, so the planes make TNG's and trips to Tromsoe / Hammerfest / Alta and one to the south of Norway once a week.
______
BENAIR
Callsign: Birdie/Scoop
ICAO: BDI
Homebase: EKVJ,ENGM,ENTO (Stauning DK and Oslo)
LN-PBE: Cessna C208B Caravan brown/white
LN-PBJ: Cessna C208B Caravan brown/white
LN-PBF: Cessna C208B Caravan bordeaux
LN-PBK: Cessna C208B Caravan blue/red/white
LN-PBL: Cessna C208B Caravan blue/red/white
OY-PBG: Cessna 406 Reims Caravan (I used the Cessna 404 ;-) )
OY-PBZ: Cessna 550 Citation II

!!! If you installed my first package, remove the Caravan repaints and install the new ones. Also replace the Benair flightplans (or the traffic-bgl) by the new edition.
Now there are all the Caravan variants and the flightplans are more accurate. If you use the DHL-operator Wi03/04 flightplans by MRAI, remove their Benair flights, otherwise they are doubled.

COPENHAGEN AIR TAXI (CAT)
Homebase: EKRK (Roskilde Copenhagen)
Callsign: Aircat
ICAO: CAT
OY-CAT: Britten Norman BN-2 Islander

These plans are from dusteagle:
Check www.dusteagle81.tk for new schedules and updates.
CAT has scheduled flights on some of the islands around Copenhagen.
________
WALT AIR
Homebase: ESSP
Callsign: ?
ICAO: ?
SE-RBK: Cessna 550 Citation II

This nice bizjet flies mostly out of ESSB (Stockholm Bromma) you can meet it all over Europe.

_____________
IMPORTANT !!!

Most of the flightplans are of course fictious and might be incomplete. All destinations are +/- real and the planes usually get 'back home' at night.

Textures only - you'll need the following aircraft models:
Dee Waldron's and Henry Tomkievicz Piper Navajo Pa-31, BAe HS-125-800, Cessna C208B Caravan, Britten Norman BN-2 Islander, Cessna 404, Cessna 550 Citation II and the PAI Dassault Falcon 900. Except for the Falcon, they are all available at avsim (search for the authors)
Thanks for the nice planes and paintkits!

INSTALLATION

1. If you don't have the needed models, download the paintkits from avsim (the Dassault Falcon 900 is at PAI) and install them in your aircraft folder

2. Add the repainted textures in the respective folders and add the [fltsim.X] entries provided in the aircraft.txt files

3. Compile the flightplans with ttools (the aircraft names should match the entries in the aircraft.txt files). If you use FS2004, just drop the traffic.bgl files in your Scenery/World/scenery folder or wherever you keep your traffic bgl's installed.

4. That's it.

Enjoy the additional traffic in Scandinavia, I'm happy about other contributions - I might work on some more too!
For questions step by the AI-Aardvark Forums at ai-aardvark.com, comments are welcome but I can't answer any questions not concerning this package.
Please respect the work of others!
